Its direct injection on cut, for the production of every type of shoe soles, ranging from sportswear to casual or security shoes, has been a success on every level.
In this particular case, the injection can be mono polyurethane or bi-density soles. Among many other options, the machine’s code allows an independent configuration for each post. A 12” touchscreen serves as a human-machine interface to properly parametrize every possible function, simplifying its use.
The machine is equipped with various functions: daily programming of the beginning and end of workday to automatically heat the moulds, both hot and cold circuits to keep materials at their optimum working temperature, anti-PU solidification securities in the dosing head or product circuits and position-independent injection counters.
